Through many years experience I have found the last frost occurs three days after I plant tomatoes.
Seriously I learned this from my dad. Check for the last average frost date in your area, wait two days after the next full moon. A cold front usually occurs with a full moon.
Trust me – it works.

It’s pretty much a guessing game. Nobody can predict the weather with more than an educated guess. I always wait until the first full moon before Easter. Hope this helps. Good growing.
punch up weather on the puter—put your zip in and ask for an extended forcast!!
Check your areas normal low temps at night. You will see a point where the average normal low gets above 32 degrees; wait another week, then plant.
Depending on where you live you might see the record lows are below freezing until June or later. You can’t really plan your life on record lows, unusual cold snaps…just be sure to cover your plants if the forecast calls for it.
Try searching – [National weather service, "your town name", average temperature].
That depends on where you live. Im in Texas and the last frost is long gone. Check a web site like the weather channel, they usually have gardening weather info.
check with your local extension office. they can tell you. the average time for your area. then wait about two weeks to be safe. once you have planted. watch the weather. if frost is in the forecast. cover your plants
this will average and depending where you live , check your average over night lows, if your in the mid to upper 40′s your ok, if temps drop then cover your crops with cloth also if your soil temps are high enough the root ball will survive
That all depends on where you live. Check the weather for your area, if they don’t have it ask your town crew that plows and grates your roads they will know because of the roads. The frost will go out of the road and the town crew guys will be able to tell you.
Where do you live? Usually now is a good time to start gardening. If you have any more frosts until summer, just cover up your stuff with towels or blankets at night.
