I want to send a gift to a business colleague in Germany and am having difficulty finding something that can ship there. I’m looking to spend around $200.
Here are two websites that may ship Internationally, according to what their website states:

Your best bet is to use Amazon.com. They have an amazing assortment and they will ship to Germany.
